I've designed it to get you well on your way to becoming a confident character creator. 

Suitable for beginners as well as those wanting to flex their drawing muscles again. Perhaps you've not drawn for years but really love to?

Maybe you think you can't draw but would love to learn?

I will look after you and break it down into easy to follow steps so that it isn't frightening and you will build your creative confidence.

Also included is my mini draw-along session where I show you how to draw a cute tiger!

Fiona Meakin

Hello! It's lovely to meet you. I'm Fi and I love to teach people to draw, and to create calm as I go along.

I've been drawing all my life, I just LOVE it and I'm on a mission to demystify and simplify drawing because I believe that everyone can; they just need to be shown how. 

I have a degree in drama and in 2006 fulfilled a dream of mine to study drawing for a Masters degree at Wimbledon School of Art where my favourite illustrator Raymond Briggs studied painting. My dream is to teach many people to draw; people who think that they can't, or who have become separated from their artistic roots. I also love to help other caring creatives to start their own art, illustration or creative business. Sometimes you just need someone in your corner who has been there and fully gets it.

I believe that it's never too late to learn, or to start doing the thing that you love again!

I create character-led illustrations and surface pattern designs from my studio in Greater Manchester, UK
