In this mini course you will learn to draw and paint dragonflies in a peaceful, calming and mindful way.
I have split this course into 4 easy to follow videos which will enable you to pick up where you left off, should you only have a small amount of time to dedicate to your love of art. It was important to me that this relaxing session should be bite-sized and easy to access when you have a spare moment.
The course covers 4 key areas:
Drawing Simplified Dragonflies - this will loosen up your creative muscles and empower you as you move to the next stage.
Draw Detailed Dragonfly - building your confidence.
Painting Your Dragonfly - basic and easy to follow technique.
Get Inspired - Learn about other painting techniques and how I have used them in commissions.

Hello! It's lovely to meet you. I'm Fi and I love to teach people to draw, and to create calm as I go along.
I've been drawing all my life, I just LOVE it and I'm on a mission to demystify and simplify drawing because I believe that everyone can; they just need to be shown how.
I have a degree in drama and in 2006 fulfilled a dream of mine to study drawing for a Masters degree at Wimbledon School of Art where my favourite illustrator Raymond Briggs studied painting. My dream is to teach many people to draw; people who think that they can't, or who have become separated from their artistic roots. I also love to help other caring creatives to start their own art, illustration or creative business. Sometimes you just need someone in your corner who has been there and fully gets it.
I believe that it's never too late to learn, or to start doing the thing that you love again!
I create character-led illustrations and surface pattern designs from my studio in Greater Manchester, UK
And who knew I could secretly draw?! Just needed a good teacher! Thanks Fi - we loved it xxx
